White-label reseller

A business that sells products or services through its own brand while sourcing fulfilment from another provider.

White-label selling describes the customer's storefront experience, not a guarantee that every item may be rebranded. Merchants should check brand permissions, local rules, product terms and whether a supplier can support the intended delivery method. Distribution Hub's API may support an independent storefront while orders use the platform's published product identifiers.

Key facts

  • Brand usage still follows applicable rights
  • Not every product permits identical resale terms
  • The customer-facing merchant owns its support obligations
